Membership categories

Choose the category that fits you

ZOFAZ welcomes farmers, cooperatives, agribusinesses and partners. Current fee schedules and any updates to eligibility are confirmed by the Secretariat on request.

Category

Individual Farmer

Smallholder and emerging farmers

Eligibility
Zambian farmers actively engaged in crop, livestock, poultry, fisheries or horticultural production.
Benefits
Access to farmer training, market linkages, extension updates, group input schemes and ZOFAZ member events.
Annual fee
Set by the ZOFAZ Council — contact the Secretariat for the current schedule.
Required documentation
National Registration Card and a brief description of your farming enterprise or a letter from your camp / cooperative.
Category

Cooperative or Farmer Group

Registered cooperatives, associations and producer groups

Eligibility
Registered farmer cooperatives, associations and producer groups operating in Zambia.
Benefits
Group representation, capacity building, aggregation and off-take support, and collective bargaining on inputs and markets.
Annual fee
Set by the ZOFAZ Council — contact the Secretariat for the current schedule.
Required documentation
Certificate of registration, current office-bearers list and confirmation of membership numbers.

Agribusiness / Corporate

Input suppliers, processors, off-takers and service providers

Eligibility
Companies operating along Zambia's agricultural value chain — inputs, mechanisation, processing, logistics, agri-finance and advisory services.
Benefits
Direct engagement with organised farmers, visibility at ZOFAZ events, participation in policy dialogue and access to member networks.
Annual fee
Corporate rate — contact the Secretariat for the current schedule.
Required documentation
PACRA certificate, TPIN and a company profile outlining agricultural products or services offered.

Associate / Partner

Development partners, institutions and individual supporters

Eligibility
Development partners, research institutions, NGOs, professionals and individuals supporting Zambian agriculture.
Benefits
Collaboration on programmes, invitations to stakeholder engagements, and recognition as a supporting partner of ZOFAZ.

Brief profile or letter of interest outlining the nature of collaboration with ZOFAZ.
